My 9-step Coaching Process
#1 - CONTACT ME
You can use the contact form below, or message on insta.
I will then get you booked in for our initial call a.s.a.p.
#2 - DISCOVERY CALL
We will chat for around 30 minutes to discuss in detail what is involved in the coaching process so you can make an informed decision.
If you're ready for it, we will get you signed up to my coaching services and start your journey.
#3 - SIGN-UP
Every week we can check in with each other to make sure everything is going to plan.
#6 - WEEKLY CHECK-IN
I will create the perfect 12 week training plan for you to reach your Hyrox goal, specific to your needs and fitness levels.
#5 - PLAN CREATION
We discuss your goals, fitness levels/experience. We determine the equipment available to you and the time you have to train.
#4 - COACH CALL
You can send me videos of your training so that I can coach you on your technique and form.
#7 - FORM CHECK
We search and plan for your next Hyrox race. We cover race tactics, goals, and taper training to peak fitness for your race.
#8 - RACE PLANNING
Once your 12 week plan is finished, we call and repeat the process, building fitness further.
#9 - 12 WEEK CHECK-IN

COACHING
This option is for an individual, which ensures you get a hyper focused, individualised plan based on your goal, fitness level, and circumstances.
Suitable for ALL levels including absolute beginners.

This option is for two people. Particularly useful for those training for Hyrox Doubles, or for those training for Hyrox Singles, but would prefer to do their training with a parter.
It doesn't matter if your fitness levels are slightly different.
